Job Purpose:
The role of a Call Center Agent – Live Chat & Inbound is to serve as the first point of contact for customers. You will be responsible for providing real-time assistance through live chat and inbound calls, solving queries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction:
- Respond to live chat messages and inbound phone calls.
- Greet customers in a friendly, helpful tone.
