
This System Support Learnership offered by Tracker Connect is a structured program designed to equip unemployed South African youth with the technical skills and workplace experience necessary for success in the IT field. Based in Randburg, the program provides participants with an NQF Level 5 qualification, starting on 1 February 2025, and consists of structured learning, practical training, and workplace experience (totalling 147 credits).

Minimum Requirements:
- South African Citizen aged 18–35 with a valid SA ID.
- No criminal record.
- Matric Certificate and an NQF Level 4 Technical Support qualification (or equivalent).
- Currently unemployed.
- Strong interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Ability to thrive in a changing and high-pressure environment.
