Responsibilities:
Communicate telephonically and in writing with existing clients, providing accurate product information in accordance with standards and protocols.
Drive growth and profitability while managing costs within an approved budget.
Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customer expectations through proactive and innovative solutions.
Resolve customer queries efficiently and within agreed timelines.
Maintain expert knowledge on products, pricing, procedures, and timelines to meet service targets.
Ensure professional communication with clients, leading to positive feedback.
Meet client investigation deadlines and keep clients updated.
Provide efficient administrative support through meticulous planning, reporting, and information management.
Adhere to legislative and audit requirements.
Ensure high service productivity and performance in the Call Centre.
Accurately record feedback and issues on the approved business system.
Report on Call Centre activities to enhance business results.
Ideal Candidate:
At least 2 years of experience in Personal Lines (motor vehicles/home contents/portable possessions), excluding medical insurance or life cover.
Completed RE and/or FAIS qualification.
Minimum of Grade 12.
Excellent telephone and email etiquette.
