Responsibilities:
- Cash Handling & Transaction Management: Accurately handle all cash and card transactions, following strict cash management policies to maintain accountability.
- Customer Service: Engage with customers warmly and sincerely, providing assistance and information to enhance their shopping experience. This includes helping with meal and beverage preparation and service.
- Hygiene & Presentation Standards: Maintain high hygiene standards across the workspace, ensuring that all items presented to customers are attractive and meet quality guidelines.
- Stock Management: Assist with periodic stock-takes to monitor and control stock levels, keeping loss prevention guidelines in mind at all times.
- Compliance & Efficiency: Adhere to Tsebo’s standards of performance, ensuring efficiency and professionalism in service.
