- Cash Management: Operate the cash register in accordance with company policies, maintaining an organized and tidy workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Work cohesively with fellow team members, referred to as “Dynamos,” to enhance store efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with their needs, promoting products enthusiastically, and ensuring satisfaction through friendly interactions.
- Problem Solving: Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, informing them about current sales promotions and special offers.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all products available in the store to assist customers effectively in locating their desired items.
- Proactive Customer Service: Greet customers upon entry and offer assistance to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Sales Performance: Strive to meet sales targets while staying updated on new products and trends within the retail environment.
- Inventory Management: Assist in ordering stock, organizing deliveries, and setting up the store to enhance visual appeal.
- Payment Processing: Ensure accurate payment processing using the cash register, contributing to a smooth checkout experience for customers.
- Product Updates: Stay informed about any changes in product offerings and features to provide accurate information to customers.
Qualifications:
- Minimum educational requirement: Matric certificate.
- Relevant experience in roles such as cashier, customer service representative, sales associate, or general assistant is preferred.
- Must reside within 15 kilometers of the job location.
- A clear criminal record is essential for consideration.
